What Does a Mortgage Loan Officer Do?
As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families achieve the American Dream of homeownership. This is more than just a job — it’s a mission built on service, trust, and financial empowerment.
- Help your neighbors become homeowners by guiding them through one of life’s most important financial decisions
- Become a knowledgeable advisor on our full suite of home loan products, from conventional to VA, FHA, jumbo, and more
- Act as a tactical problem solver, navigating challenges with creativity and persistence to get deals done
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with borrowers, agents, and partners throughout the loan process
- Analyze income, credit, and assets to find the best loan solutions for each unique borrower
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, lending guidelines, and Supreme’s ever-evolving tools and technology
- Build long-term relationships with trusted real estate partners and local communities to grow a sustainable business

Training Location
This role begins in a hybrid environment between your home office and our Alpharetta location for training. Upon graduation, you will be placed in a real estate office in the Metro Atlanta area to build strong referral relationships and grow your business.
