What You’ll Do

As our Digital Content Producer, you’ll help shape how Supreme shows up in the world. You’ll work closely with leadership, loan officers, and partners to create content that builds trust and drives engagement.

Success in this role looks like:

🎬 Capture high-quality video for events, interviews, training, and marketing

📱 Create mobile-first, vertical content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

✂️ Edit professional content using Final Cut Pro (preferred) or DaVinci Resolve

🎙️ Assist with podcast recording, editing, and production

🚀 Turn long-form content into compelling short-form clips

🎯 Distill long-form interviews, podcasts, and presentations into compelling, shareable moments that connect with a broad audience—and produce polished clips ready for distribution

🗂️ Manage files and assets with strong organization and labeling systems

🤖 Explore and implement AI tools for editing, automation, and creativity

🎨 Add creative “sizzle” while honoring brand standards

🧑‍💼 Represent Supreme professionally at shoots, events, and partner locations

🤝 Collaborate closely with leadership on creative strategy

📊 Learn from performance data and improve content over time

🎥 Shoot confidently on iPhone, drone, or professional Sony camera rigs

📈 Build systems and workflows that support long-term production growth

Location & Work Environment

This is a primarily in-office role based at our Supreme Lending offices, with an expected presence in our Alpharetta HQ 5 days per week, except when working on remote or on-location shoots.

The role includes regular travel throughout Metro Atlanta to capture content with our Loan Officers and real estate partners, as well as at live events.

Flexibility for occasional early mornings, evenings, and event-based schedules is important.
