As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you’ll guide individuals and families through one of the most significant decisions of their lives: homeownership. With a mission built on Serving Others Before Self, we don’t just close loans—we open doors.

What You’ve Already Achieved (Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent life/work experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Coachable, curious, and highly self-motivated

• Driven to serve, compete, and win with integrity

• Passionate about learning and leading

• Eager to build meaningful relationships in your community

What You’ll Be Great At (Responsibilities)

• Guiding clients through the home loan process with clarity and compassion

• Becoming an expert in our suite of mortgage products (conventional, VA, FHA, jumbo, and more)

• Partnering with real estate agents and building strong referral pipelines

• Strategically analyzing credit, income, and assets to find the best-fit loan

• Navigating challenges creatively to help borrowers succeed

• Communicating with borrowers, agents, and teammates every step of the way

• Staying current on market trends and Supreme’s evolving tools and technology

• Operating with urgency, excellence, and a service-first mindset

Compensation Structure

• Months 0–6: Guaranteed salary while completing licensing and training

• Months 6–12: Guaranteed salary + unlimited commission opportunities

• Year 1 and Beyond: Unlimited earning potential, with average earnings exceeding $150,000
